Root what should i do???????

ever since I got the phone I had problems with it so I called the company and they said that they can fix it I just need to uptade my phone but the problem is that my phone is rooted and I don't know if I should uptade it should I? BTW the phone is s-on

Never update while rooted. If you want to update or go back to stock, you need to run the ruu.

I had slot of problems whit the phone I could only call with it. I called virgin mobile and the kind of fixed it. the only thing that's not working is 3g and I need to update the phone. its a software upgrade right now I'm using mobster ROM HD

Ok I think I know what's wrong. You need to backup via recovery, then temporarily flash the harmonia rom then go into settings and update the profile.
