Root What stock apps are safe to remove?

Or more like, "What stock apps are NOT safe to remove?"

Although this isn't my first try at rooting- I had success with all the great people in the Motorola Triumph forum (plus it was a great phone to root, nearly un-brickable), but the Rise seems a bit more sketchy.
The main reason I want to root is to just remove all the unnecessary crap from this phone. So is there a list of what I can/cannot remove safely?

What exactly did you do? I'm curious. I'm currently using a Kyocera Event as my main phone. It has most of the same software as the Rise.

The only reason I ask is that it currently sells for a cheap price at amazon NEW, cheaper than at VM. ($63.99, VM? Come on!) I also have an older LG Optimus V... and an even older iPod Touch 2G!

(But the iPod's a different story... got that from my uncle for $nothing as he just wanted to get rid of it. Had it jailbroken and installed the Whited00r ROM on it, which is basically a modded version of iOS 3.1.3. Current one has iOS 7 style tweaks.)

Anyway, I'm thinking of getting one again, as I accidentally got mine to boot loop last Sept 2013 while going nuts with some tweaks. I miss the keyboard, and camera button. Seriously, I do! I certainly won't boot loop another if I get one. I'll apply the same tweaks that I put on the Event, mostly minimal stuff like EGL fix (using hardware graphic drivers only), steadier WiFi and 3G, and of course debloating the phone of all those apps I don't want/need.

Anyone else with a Rise reading this? Here's my debloating post for the Event:

Yeah, my main focus was the Google apps like Play Music, News stand, Play Magazine, etc. and Google+. I also removed Mobile ID and a few others. They would run and/or update even though I never use them. Now that they're gone, the Rise doesn't freeze up and reboot on memory-heavy games anymore, and overall lag has diminished a lot.

Plus, now I can run Game Killer, so I can jump to any level on Candy Crush. LoL
