Root What to do after flashing stock RUU

I just had a bootloop that could only be fixed by using the fastboot oem lock command and flashing a stock RUU to my phone. My question is what needs to be done to flash a recovery to it so that I can run custom roms again (my hboot screen doesn't say anything about TAMPERED)? Do I need to go back and do the htcdev bootloader unlock where you get the tokens again, is there a command that will unlock (i.e. fastboot oem unlock) that will do the trick, or can I just flash a new recovery from fastboot like I would normally?

Yes unlock bootloader again, and then it works.

If you kept the first unlock token file you could use it again. Otherwise you will need to go through htcdev to get a new one.
