my xperia play is frozen on the menu not the phone menu, the menu where you unlock the phone, i cant enter anything. it wont react when i try to slide it open. what can i do to fix it

Pull your battery to force a reboot?

I don't have an Xperia, so I'm not sure you can take the battery out but it's all I can suggest.
