Root What To Nandroid Backup in TWRP?

Hey all.....I'm new to using TWRP recovery 1.1.1 and am not sure on what options to select when performing a nand backup.

Right now, I'm backing up System, Data, Boot, Recovery, Wimax and .Android_secure.

Is that correct or am I backing up things that I don't need to in order to fully restore my phone?

Those are fine.

I don't think backing up boot is very helpful if you still have S-ON since boot images can only be flashed from fastboot, so i just back up system, data, and wimax.

No. Your user apps are in the Data partition.

I personally backup everything to be on the safe side, 1 when you first root and a weekly backup for getting to a known working state. If you revert to different roms regularly then you need a backup for each one. If space is an issue you can always transfer the seldom used ones to your computer.
