What would be draining the battery when I sleep?

I went to bed at 1am and woke up at 10:20am. My battery was at 65% before bed and 44% when I woke up.

I killed all tasks with advanced task killer as I do throughout the day as well. I don't use the email program on my phone nor do I get any notifications for any other programs. My Wi-Fi sleep policy is set to never because I have Wi-Fi at home. Brightness is at a low setting too. So, any ideas what would be draining my battery during the overnight when I'm not using my phone? I don't have problems during the day when I use it.

Well if your wi-fi is set to never sleep then it will always be on, and it does say that more battery will be used if you enable wi-fi mode. So you've solved your own problem :) turn it off when you go to sleep.

It was to my understanding that setting your sleep policy to never is supposed to save your battery because 3G uses more of it, right?

IF you are using network, have WIFI on without sleeping. If your wifi router is far from your bedroom, and signal is low, and the phone is losing signal and reconnecting every 20 mins, switch Wifi off for the night. Otherwise you can leave it on.

Make sure your widgets and background apps do not autorefresh every 5 mins. I actually keep autorefresh OFF in the settings as I realized whenever I look at a widget or anything that needs a refresh, it is easier for me to hit the refresh button.
