Help What's a good App to enhance Bluetooth on 4.0.4?

I am looking for a suggestion for an App to enhance the Bluetooth audio quality by increasing the Bluetooth volume on my Samsung Galaxy Nexus 4.0.4 unrooted VZW.

Volume+ App doesn't work. I am tired of waiting for an update to the Volume+, are there any other Apps that will do the job???

I have spent quite a bit of time on Google Play and can't find a single well-reviewed App that can boost the volume in Bluetooth.
