Help whats a good vm heap size?

i use root explorer and set my heap size to 48m, no problems yet and been on the setting since i got my phone 2 months back.
 
Lol I set it to 20 and got stuck in a bootloop had to flash my backup lol thank god for cwm :-) ill keep it at the 48 .
 
Keep VM at 96 expecially with the new ROMs. You will notice a significant increase in speed over the 48
 
Changing the heap size ALL depends on how many apps you run that use background services along with how much RAM it uses while running in foreground AND background... mine was set at and it 24 and it was RIDICULOUSLY quick. IDK why i set it so low considering i dont use background tasking app barely and I dont really have a need for the extra RAM but it helped me a LOT lowering it down that low in terms of opening and closing applications.
 
What he meant was that 2MHz is slow since we are running at 2GHz., it was meant to be a joke though i believe
 
Download ROM Toolbox (Free Edition Will Do). Open app, scroll over to performance, select Kernel Tweaks. Depending on what apps you have running and hire much RAM they use will determine what you can set yours to. good ons to set it st are either 42 our the stock 96
