Sometimes breakfast is the best dinner.
My wife is not a fan of breakfast... carbs..... I've been wanting to make a five star breakfast for dinner on my Blackstone. Man that would be fun!! I agree Clem, breakfast for dinner is a great choice.

Budweiser Beer Battered Cod
I've never seen the cod you had. I'd try it... looks legit.
I fixed a shrimp and andouille sausage stir fry and fried rice.
I was surprised how crispy the Budweiser Beer Battered Cod was after baking it in an oven. It was good.
If the product resembles the box photo, it has a lot more cod to breading than anything I've seen in the stores for decades. Gorton's was the last product here that had some fish inside the breading. I want fish when I'm eating fish.
