What's for dinner ?

I had chicken salad and cranberry sauce.

The kids had pizza yet again, we still have some from yesterday.

Little victory of getting my 1099, from over there in the tiny cloud city of fixing my home adress by a zero.

Had chicken spaghetti yesterday,caused my heartburn to be aweful when sleeping.

We are having waver sliced ham and turkey sandwiches on multigrain bread and chips.
I made a bowl of quacamole for our chips. It was just a wee bit on the hot side. I may suffer tonight but it sure was good!

I grabbed tacos from the local taco tico.

Just crossed my mind... when in high school, their tacos were better and they were a dollar a dozen 🤣

One of my favorite things to eat is a cold meatloaf sandwich. Being as I have some smoked loaf left over from last night....

I thawed out the second half of the last pork butt I smoked a while back yesterday. We had pulled pork sandwiches and home made potato salad last night and will do a repeat tonight.

We had turkey,squash, cranberry sauce with brussel sprouts last night.
The day before was taco bowls,because we were out of shells on Thur., I was at my sister's at that evening.

Wife is making a roast in the crockpot. 4 more hours to go. Smells fantastic already.

I know, my mother cooked a turkey in one last night.

I fixed deluxe burritos using the last of the pulled pork I had thawed out. I have enough left frozen to do the meal again sometime in the future.

Chili seasoned pulled pork with pinto beans and hot sauce and cheese wrapped up in tortillas and smothered with additional chili and more cheese

I think I'm going simple and having a sandwich tonight. It's early, I might opt for something better before dinner.

Yesterday we had a creamy corkscrew pasta salad, bread and butter pickle chips, and cheese stuffed baby portobello mushrooms. Yum.
Tonight will be the same.
What can I say, me and the wife love it

Splitted Mexician Cassorel with my sister, and had edamones with it.

I'm warming up some bierocks for dinner. I bought them frozen from the shop at a German restaurant and thought I'd give them a try tonight. My German buddy that we dined with at the restaurant assured me I'd love them. I've eaten domestic wannabe bierocks and enjoyed them. I'll fix what I have early keeping a grabbing something out option open if they aren't any good.

The best part of dinner tonight is that bierocks from Prost restaurant will not be part of future dinner considerations. It wasn't that they were terrible, they just weren't me. I'm sure being served fresh with German potato salad and red cabbage would be far better than the frozen dish.
