What's for dinner ?

I have some leftover fried chicken tenderloins that will make sandwiches tonight.
Instead of corn last night with my chicken dinner, I had some boiled and mashed turnips. My sister discovered she still had turnips while tilling her garden and brought them over. Her husband can no longer eat turnips. I found most of the turnips were rotting but managed to salvage enough for last night and tossed the rest. Talk about super good!!!

I diced up just a bit of flatiron and baked it with some scalloped potatoes for my dinner. The wife had a salad. Tomorrow is her eat something day so I'll turn the remainder of the flatiron into something yummy.

Probably pizza again.

Yay, the other kind of red sauce they used on all kinds of pizza all but my mother's special sauce, gives me acid reflux.
It was hell trying to eat a keto free pizza, just the toppings and cheese with the sauce..

I fixed some Tony Chachere's Creole Red Beans & Rice with blackened beef sausage. It's the best Cajun style Red Beans & Rice since Knorr discontinued their offering a couple of years ago. I still have one lone Knorr package left. I bought all Walmart would stock each time I ran low. I love this product for it's ease of cooking and it's great taste. Tony Chachere's is a poor but the best substitute that I've found. Added Cajun seasoning helps.

I'm fixing a stir fry on the Blackstone tonight. I plan to slice up a beef sausage log and brown the slices. I'll then fold it into a veggie mix. To finish the stir fry, I'll add some stir fry sauce and let that meal dance in it for a bit and then place it in a disposable tin on the cool side of the griddle.
I'll then fry some rice and serve.
