Dinner tonight is NOTHING. I made chicken stir fry for lunch, and tomorrow morning is the weekly weigh-in. I'm on a schedule and have to stay on track.

I smoked and then put a quick sear on a couple of ribeye steak. We had a baked potato with our steak.

Veggies with pasta, pesto, that cream butter you have taste before, I think.. I do not recall the name of it..

I tried KFC chicken tenders tonight for something way different. They were pretty good but saltier than needed. I was disappointed in my buying options. I'm not likely to buy again. The tenders are sold in combo packs which I don't want any part of. To buy just tenders my option was eight or twelve. My wife is not about to touch one of their tenders so eight for me it just a wee bit excessive. I'm glad my parrot liked them.

I miccrowaved some Zantheria's for dinner tonight and had sliced tomato with it, yummy. I shared it with my sister. And put the rest away.

I had a couple balogna and I cheese sandwiches last night.

My wife wants a lobster roll without the hassle of, you know, steaming, shelling, and making a lobster roll, so we are going to a local pub where they scratch make all the food. I'll probably get a burger as the last time I went I got a seafood platter that fed me for three days.

Been a long time since had a lobster roll, they are so delicious sitting on the sea..

Lobster always sounds good. Boiled shrimp has been calling my name for the last few weeks.
I'm smoking a meatloaf for tonight's dinner. We are having corn on the cob with it. I have some potato salad I made yesterday that I'll likely finish up as well.

The Boss Lady ordered the other 2 pieces of the crimpy gadgets. They're supposed to make things that will fit into a standard toaster. Our grocery order from yesterday included a package of Italian sausage, so it looks like I'll be making pizza pockets again tonight.

I had leftover meatloaf sandwiches. I didn't have bread so I used hotdog buns. I told my wife that I was likely the only person on earth eating leftover smoked bork cold on grilled hotdog buns with a slice of cheese and some ketchup. It was good...
