Smash burgers on the Blackstone.
I froze the majority of Sunday's pork once pulled and did a fair job of guessing enough for the two nights of sandwiches and tonight's meal. Tonight the remainder became pulled pork burritos.

I have absolutely no idea what's on the menu for today. We're going to our oldest daughters for a "frendsgiving" (she doesn't celebrate thanksgiving), so I have no idea.
I do know that we're taking punkun pie and a Mexican wedding cake.

Tonight will be something light like a PB&J sandwich. I anticipate eating like a pig tomorrow.

Fitin to run to the store for a few things, going to inlaws for Turkey and Ham tomorrow, gonna be a Yuge Fest for sure !
The wife had to run to the store. No regular paprika... a MUST for deviled eggs. I will add some smoked paprika to mine, thank you. In any event, she is buying some salami for sandwiches tonight. The mystery is solved. Salami and cheese sandwiches for dinner.

I can eat leftovers when they're in the fridge.
I don't mind leftovers. The Boss Lady, on the other hand, will generally be ok with one meal from some leftovers. Shell get mad at me when we have to get rid of some leftovers because I didn't finish them off.
Thankfully, we didn't do any traditional thanksgiving cooking this year, because of her back surgery, and ate at my inlaws.
The only leftovers, in the house are the cake that she made and some punkin pie.
I'm a happy camper.

Well tonight is my mother's Mary Kay open house, so probably just snacks
Yesterday we had Thanksgiving dinner again. Turkey and all the fixins warmed up. I ate in moderation and it tasted better and settled better. Tonight we had turkey sandwiches. We sent way over half of everything home with the kids Thursday but we still have quite a bit of turkey left. I might make some turkey fajitas or burritos or maybe some turkey salad. I doubt seriously if I'll have help eating any of it tomorrow. I'm good for one more turkey something and the rest hits the dumpster.
that's at least what the terminal cats are having for dinnerI do miss not having turkey sandwiches since we don't have any leftovers. The Boss Lady made a bowl of golf ball sized meatballs out of some deer meat so I'm having meatball sandwiches.
