Smoked bacon wrapped chicken thighs and fried breaded okra. That's my Valentine's gift to my wife... one of her favorite meals. She is baking scratch chocolate chip cookies for me. One of my favorite desserts.

We had pizza from the bowling alley, my mom's boyfriend picked up for Valentime's day.

I'm thinking about take out Chinese for dinner. Pork lo mein and fried rice sounds good.

My Chinese take out was very good. I ate too much! My fortune cookie's smart a$$ fortune says Your next Chinese meal will bring you more cookies!

I made some "Slap yo mama" catfish nuggets tonight.

Every time I cook something different I learn something new.
Tonight, I learned to not put too much Slap yo mama on anything. It's too salty.

Fecchilli and meatballs that are turkey balls, deliciouso.

I warmed up some frozen smoked brisket and had it with some mashed potatoes and whole kernel corn.

Half peperoni, and half chicken artichocke pizza last night.

I grabbed a fish burger from Arby's. It would have been better if it was hot and had less tarter sauce. It was better than the one I had a month ago from Burger King. The next time I try a fish burger I'll try Freddy's offering. I always make my rounds this time of year when many fast burger places have the sandwich.

I'm thinking about spaghetti or maybe cavatini for dinner. We shy away from meals with pasta for it's not something my wife will eat. Perhaps she can have the meat sauce over some cauliflower rice.

I talked the wife into spaghetti. It was pretty darn good for something different. There was some meat sauce left over that I saved. Unless I change my mind, I'll make a couple of butter and garlic toasted slices of bread and make a sandwich with the sauce and some shredded mozzarella for dinner tomorrow.
