LAst night my mom attempted spaghetti squash but the dish broke in her hands when carrying out by the microwave, the squash did not made it, but the meatballs did and we had meatball sandwiches.

Spaghetti tonight: ate it while I grilled chicken for tomorrow.
I've never had tough cod before. I cooked four filets and two of them were uneatable. They were so tough that I couldn't cut them with a steak knife. The filets were marked down when I bought them and they have likely set in my freezer a month. They were vacuum sealed so freezer burn wasn't the problem. I'm blaming it on them being old. I'll not be buying fresh caught Atlantic Cod from my local grocer again. On a high note... I bought a half gallon of Breyers Snickers ice cream while at the grocer this morning. Who needs fish, anyway. 🤣
My son dropped by after work so it was late when I got around to eating dinner. I had a sandwich and some chips.
