By design, I made enough soup yesterday, to eat it again tonight. I added some Louisiana Hot Sauce and Parmesan cheese to my bowl. I have another meal of it left. I may add some noodles and eat it another time. I may run it down the disposal and have something else. 
It's a killer veggie soup but I'm over it.

There was only soup enough for one and my wife voiced a desire for it. I fixed some frozen corndogs in the air fryer for myself.
I made a short grocery run this morning. Among the items I needed, I bought some rye bread, Swiss cheese, and some sour kraut anticipating some leftover corned beef for some Reuben sandwiches Wednesday.

I've been smelling it slow cooking for hours. Corned beef and cabbage.
My corned beef and cabbage was excellent. Two of my three children also fixed the same meal. My guess was right and there remains enough brisket for Reuben sandwiches for tomorrow night.

a few cheese ontop of crackers..nothing fancy.
My son was over for beers and basketball so dinner was late. I air fried a couple of corndogs.
I was late getting around to dinner and just grabbed some Chinese carry out.

Domino's delivered last nite and it was better than it has been in a long time !!!
I'm grilling out cheese burgers.
The wind was blowing so violently last evening that I gave up grilling my burgers. I fried them on the stove which I haven't done in a very long time. Burgers are either grilled or Blackstone griddled around here. My inside cooked burgers were quite tasty but I had the kitchen to clean up and my house smelled like burgers all night.

We went out to a locally owned restaurant.
I had beef stew and the Boss Lady had chicken livers. This was our anniversary dinner.

Happy Anniversary Pit. Chicken livers.. man that sounds good. Our restaurant where we got our chicken livers fix never fully recovered after covid and finally closed their doors a year or so ago. 😢
