I saved the remainder of the fajita mix I prepared last night with intentions of eating it tonight. I'm here to admit that I'm not man enough or foolish enough to eat it two nights in a row. I have no clue what I'll do for dinner.

Microwave burrito with taco bell Avacado Averde sauce with guac and pretzels, sprinkle a little cheese on it... perfect.

I made burritos out of a vac sealed bag of pulled pork and a can of pinto beans.
I'm seriously considering having breakfast for dinner tonight. It's early so that might turn into something else before dinner time.

Chicken salad with crackers last nite, chicken salad sammiches for lunch today !
Breakfast it was. Grits and over easy eggs.
I sliced some boneless skinless chicken breasts into fingers, breaded them, and fried them up. I fixed some chicken gravy for dipping and zapped some whole kernel corn for a veggie.

That dish looks like Creamy Pesto Gnocchi with Roasted Vegetables, by Blue Apron with fresh tomatoes from my mother's garden.
With chicken, I got it from my sister.

I ordered a pizza.
Darling Bride has a pot of pinto beans, with ham bone, setting in the fridge. I'll make my Mawmaw's epic Yum Yum Cornbread to go with it and that will be EPIC.

Apatizer board for dinner, summer sausage, american white cheese, provalone, small cucumbers and bruschetta home made, with olive oil.
I ate the second half of last night's pizza. Tomorrow I'm smoking a half sausage half ground beef meatloaf.
That is exactly what I did. Half beef and have breakfast sausage meatloaf. I sauteed some sliced mushrooms in garlic butter, egg, tomato sauce, and breading was all added to the loaf and smoked for nearly three hours at 225°. I had corn on the cob and mashed potatoes as sides.

Last night went to my sisters for dinner, we had left over turkey meat loaf, corn, snap peas and those tiny tree ediable veggies.
That was a bit for my stomach.

Arby's double roast beef and fries.
Do they still sell the big Montana? That was my go to back in the day.
I remember those. The menu changed the names of the roast beef sandwichs to single, double and half pound.
In days gone by I'd have finished off a half pound in quick order. Not any longer.

Chicken picata ontop of squash, it was awesome.
I always liked their roast beef. It was consistently quality. I can't say why I rarely eat there. It was my go to fish fix when in season. Culvers came to town and trumped Arby's sandwich by serving Cod and they sell it year round.
I ate left over meatloaf tonight. It's a tasty loaf but it is too salty for me. The sauteed mushrooms in garlic butter mixed with the salt of the breakfast sausage pushed the loaf over the top.

I think there is an Arby's still in town by the Home Depot corner right by the, wait there are two of them, one of the Arby's is next to a Culvers by my chrio..
