Help What's going on with my Dinc2?

Yesterday my ringer quit working. It wouldn't ring, notify or play any music, but when I make a call and put it on speaker-phone, it work fine. I pulled the battery and it fixed the problem, but 24 hours later (could be exactly 24) the ringer quit working again. It does vibrate, but just no ring.

Last night (not sure if it's related) the phone kept going in to the car panel on it's own. I'd close out of it, but it would return at random.

What's going on? I have added a few new apps recently, but I am running virus scanner, which hasn't found anything.
 
I've had the no ringer/music issue before. No idea what caused it, but maybe factory reset time. It's not so bad if you install appbackup and restore from the market. (I'd add a link, but I'm doing this from my phone and that's just a hassle)
 
I'd uninstall any recent apps or recently updated apps that may have permission to mess with your speaker settings.
