Help Whats the Aura folder?

Noob here. I have a folder on my SD called Aura and its taking up over 300MB. Do I need this folder and how did it get installed?

Have you had any apps/games installed that have downloaded data to the SD Card? Searching for Aura on the market gives a load of ringtone apps/websites, could it be that?

What's actually in the folder?

Its interesting, I figured out that it was left over from a GPS app that I uninstalled. 300MB left over

The same problem - it was left by Sygic GPS navigation system after uninstalation:/ So it is safe to delete whole folder.
