I agree sweeterhome 2 is a great home replacement, BUT you have to almost be a developer to configure it. Just the average Joe like myself will really struggle with setting it up if we ever can do it.

But i do agree that the possibilities of this home app far exceeds the capabilities of any other home alternatives out there.
i'm also using home++ but haven't run into any FC isssues...I've been using Home++ for couple of weeks on my N1. but ever since the last update, my N1's force closes everyday.. I mean a lot of FC's recently.....
is it just me or is the update causing this FC's

I disagree to some extent. While I *AM* a developer, all you really need to use SweeterHome is a bit of creativity and some free time to get your feet wet.
There are plenty of nice themes already out there available for download, and once you want to start customizing it's all pretty easy to work with. You just gotta get over the overwhelming edit screen, especially with pre-built themes.
It's easiest to start from scratch to learn how the features work then start editing other people's themes to learn their tricks. I got most of my ideas from the DroidForums theme.
While there are advanced features like Intent URIs and whatnot, they're not necessary to create a great theme.
I agree with blacksheep. I am not a developer at all and didn't find it too hard to get started. I learned how most things worked by looking at other people's themes and then ended up starting from scratch to make my own.
I have been using Home++ for about 2 months now. It has become very unstable and I get too many force closes every day. I am shopping around now for a replacement, as the number of FCs have become unacceptable.
Long press on the image, & choose save image, then go into the downloads section of your gallery & you'll find it.this may be a dumb question, but, if you are browsing the internet on your phone and see a picture that you'd like to be your wallpaper, can you somehow save that pic and do that? i'm a white sox fan and would like a white sox wallpaper. can i just find a whitesox pictuLre on the net and make it my wallpaper, or do i have to buy one of these apps and search for white sox related pics? thanks!
