Root whats the best rom for....

hi everyone i have a gtab on the 1.2 bl and i have problems with some roms. after dow loading few things from the market they become unstable. this happens with vegan tab 7 flashback.
anyway. does any one know a rom that is:
1. able to access the market without having device compatibility issues?
2. the youtube app pre installed and the ability to watch youtube hq with no lag
 
I've used Flashback HC roms exclusively for a few months and I haven't had issues with incompatibility unless the app is not made for HC roms. Youtube HQ is also a non issue for me.

As of right now, the most stable roms are the Froyo ROMS but do you really want to go back to Froyo? :p
 
hi i got the stock froyo rom and it works fine. although could i install google apps using the first patch in the complete list of roms kernels etc? theres a tnt patch that turns it into tnt lite. but it says requiring tnt versio 3xxx but i have 4xxx would that be a problem?

You know what, that's a good question. The stock Tnt 4xxx rom is based on bootloader 1.2 and I'm not sure if that old gapps update zip would work.
 
The most stable ROM I've run is VeganTab 5 (Froyo).
But I had to do some root file editing to access the market... by default it was incredibly limited.

yea i tryed flashing it well it didnt work oh well. im running mountain laurel its just what i wanted and i got the ics beta ready to flash when i want
 
yea running smooth with no lag and everything runs for once. do you know a good launcher that is some what 3d like? i tried spb shell once and it was smooth but $15 for it is no fun

I've used adw ex and go launcher. They both have 3dish transitions and a ton of themes.
