what's the best web browser?

Boat for my Gingerbread phone.

On my ICS running Tab, I've been pretty much trying out Chrome, but I see that the stock Samsung browser has a lot more options and features, plus Flash support. The only thing missing is the "other devices" feature and the fact that the Bookmarks section looks better on Chrome.

I like Boat on CM9.1. It does have an add on to convert HTML to PDF. NP.gov seems to use HTML for road logs. As a pdf, I can store it.

Boat (not mini) for me. Fast, lots of configuration, nice text size options, flash... here's my Boat home page (just a link to html on SD card using file:///):

I like Chrome but the graphical glitches on my device make it unbearable, I've always used Firefox but have also been using and enjoying the Boat browser the past couple of months.

+1 for boat browser. Personally, I think dropping support for flash is a big mistake. Boat browser does flash, and html5 very well.

I am pulling back my vote for Boat Browser. After the last update, it truly sucks. Force closes and stupid adds in speed dial that cannot be removed.

I'm using opera mobile as default now. It works & has decent UI.

One other reason is because my laptop is 'old' (2008 ), safari, firefox, chrome are discontinued browsers, so I use opera* on both, for the opera link.

* I found opera 12 (desktop) to be very buggy (force closes, loss of plugins...), so I use opera next, which works. For phone it's opera 12 mobile, which works.
