what's the difference between party shuffle and shuffle

What's the difference between party shuffle and shuffle in music player?

I don't really listen to music much, but as I understand it, party shuffle uses 2 lists simultaneously. It has a list of all the music in the playlist, but it also has a list of the next 10 or so songs that will play.

The idea is that you can add a song to the short list to make it play sooner than waiting for it to randomly come up. In other words, the "DJ" can take requests.

And how do I instruct "party shuffle" to play my song request ASAP?

I have a problem with this shuffle feature, it plays the same song twice within an hour. I have more than 100 songs in my playlist.
