Help Whats the difference between Vibrant and Galaxy S???

Can someone please tell me. As I can not take it anymore, wondering.

Whats the difference between Samsung Galaxy S and Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant?



Why is there 2 different forums for them?


I cannot find anything on google about these 2 being different.

'Galaxy S' is the original version of the phone, sold in Europe/Asia etc.

Vibrant is a T-Mobile US branded version of the handset with a slightly different casing and software.

I believe that Bell sell the international, original, Galaxy S, but call it a Vibrant, for no obvious reason.

So does the Galaxy S have front facing camera?

Mine does, but the t-mobile Vibrant doesnt.

Would the invisible shield type protector from Vibrant fit the Galaxy S?

I want to order from a US base site but they only have Vibrant and Captive.
Just want to put them from the back of the phone (battery cover).
