Whats the different between these two Acer Iconia Tab A500?

Hi guys what are the difference about these two tablet? I got the chance to play with the a500-10s16u at target and best buy. But didn't got the chance to play the a500-10s16w at Walmart since they didn't have it on display that works. But I did apply for layaway for the tablet that sell at Walmart. My mother ask me what I want and I told her that I need a tablet or laptop but since the first time I played with the acer tablet at target I fell in love. So me and her going half on the tablet for my present so I can use it in school. Anyways this will be my first tablet but not new to android os since I have a Droid X. At Walmart they had Motorola xoom 16 gb for 398. But since they knock down the price they wont place it in layaway. Also they wont no longer carry xoom.

They are the same tablets, only difference is the last letter of the model numbers. I noticed this when i was buying a TV. Same TV specs at best buy and Walmart just the model number was one letter different.

Yea I know I was confuse I saw same spec but different letter. Very odd. So what tablet do you like more you're galaxy or you're acer tablet?

Well my 4 yr old has kinda claimed the glaxay 7" tab. Which I am fine with I love the Acer. My husband wants the galaxy 10.1 which im looking into but I like the features of the Acer. The USB port is very handy, I usually have a portable hard drive I tote around so to be able to plug that in or any of my thumbdrives is a big plus for me. Also I got my Acer for $299 when staples was offering that $100 coupon so it really couldn't be beat.

What I also notice that all the android tablet running honeycomb has same tegra 2 and nvidia graphics chipsets. Well I believe they are all in one. I cant wait for my first tablet. But right on you got the acer cheap . Is it the same I'm getting?

Yeah same exact one. I'm trying to hold out on buying another tab for my husband until closer to Christmas hoping for a good deal like I got. I haven't touched my net book since I got the Acer tab.

There a quad core that will be coming out. I'm not sure when. Since you guys already have these tablets just wait for quad core. Thats 4 core wow. But I don't know when it coming out and I don't know the price. Might cost even more. But walmart I'm very limited since Im using they're layaway.

Eh im not too concerned with quad core. When it does come out ill probably get one to tinker with too. I get a new cellphone every 6 months so why not start that tradition with tabs too lol.

Actually I have had inspire longer than 6 months which is is shocking but i just can't decide what to get.

As for layaway at walmart they may be limited on what they got but i don't think you will be really disappointed with the acer, so slap that bad boy on layaway.

Thanks, well it is on layaway I put it on layaway yesturday. I saw the barcode which next to it is the model number but yea I cant wait. I went
to best buy after I was at Walmart and tried many tablet. I cant believe
how much tablet are 399. Yea Walmart are very limited those in clearance
can not be placed on layaway and also they only had samsung galaxy which is like 80 bucks more, xoom was on clearance like I said and that one I couldn't get. My choice was, the acer one, samsung and whatever they had on display. But Walmart you can have anything that are electronic and toys in layaway but not the clearance also it must be in stock. I see them put my tablet in the box then they stacked it in the warehouse. So sad. But it's good that you upgrade every 6 months on phones maybe sooner on tablet. I'm a computer tech but I have so much bills including my new 400 tousand dollar house plus helping my mother. I need to get married with a women so she can help me half of the bills. LOL

Just a heads up, that different model number is because Walmart/Sam's Club will skimp on their electronics. They'll penny pinch.
