What's the latest UK SIM free Android version?

Just bought a Moto G 5" dual SIM in UK SIM free. It came with v5.02 on and says no updates available.

I haven't used Android for a while but I've read, on this phone, rusty battery life is affected by v5. Is this the latest update for this version?

Anyone know about, or have, thud issue?

5.02 is the latest, have not seen any battery issue with 5.02

The 2nd gen Moto G is pretty new, there's a very good chance Motorola will release 5.1 for it

Hope so asap. It's still a massive problem with Android in my opinion, the length of time for updates, even on Moto for example with very unmodified source.

Still been checking, and still nothing. Anyone have the Moto G 2G sim free and get an update yet?

The Moto G's Android isn't truly vanilla though, as Motorola bake in some of their own apps. They're not as bad as Samsung though.
