Apps What's the second best & free google play alternative

Kicked out from google play (not permanently, just got my 1st strike) for this game:

Slender Maze - Scary Prank
(you should find screenshots and apk there)

Now, beside Amazon, is there a good place I should look at to get this game uploaded for free. I've already checked few places, but the fee is usually about 50$.
Is it worth trying to distribute android game, something like developers do with flash games .. need advise

I think other developers would be best able to answer your question so I moved it to the Development forum for better exposure.:)
