It was about 23 degrees on Monday, but the temps have been creeping up all week & it'll hit 36 today. By Sunday they're saying 55. This is not a normal March in MN, I hope this doesn't mean we'll have a hotter summer this year.

70s here, 80s down the hill in Phoenix... the most disappointing El Nino I've ever seen, postcard weather in February and beyond.

Alaska's winter was so warm, it's shipping snow to Anchorage for the Iditarod

The Alaska Division of Forestry has already had its first wildfire call of the season, as of March 1, when there is typically several feet of snow on the ground in south-central Alaska.​

got up to 68° Friday, got the chain saw out and cut up all the fallen limbs from the trees....
two trailer loads we hauled to the back 40 where we will burn it after the grass turns green...
can't risk any fires now with all the dead winter grass around.

It is 70F here at 1:33 PM. No wind... no clouds. Absolutely beautiful comes close to describing the weather.

got up to 75* today, and I went and had some fun.

Movie made with a Wheel Witness Video Camera, has full info displayed on screen.
GPS speed, Date/Time, username, etc.... I am filing a claim Monday against a County Sheriff with this thing...
he violated the law.... and the video proves it. not the video above, that one is a fun one.

A week ago it was 23 degrees, today it's going to be 64! Then 48 on Wed & 50s the end of the week.
In early March.
In Minnesota.

YAY! a 10 day forecast without one temperature (lows or highs) below freezing. Has winters frozen grasp finally been broken? Here's to hoping the answer is a resounding YES.

50s postponed, looks like it'll stay in the 40s all weekend, *might* hit 50 on Tuesday, then back to the 40s.
