45, and clear on this nice evening.

We havn't seen snow for like two, weeks. It was quite a bit though in mid-march

Cold fo you and warm for me again. february and march were very cold here.

During the us cold wave it was very warm here, up to 80F

March weather was bad. Cold, warm, cold, then warm until october

It was 59° F when I got up this morning but 39° by the time I arrived at work. The wind was a gale force from the North. What promised to be a very nice day was dashed in less than an hour. Spring... not yet. Lows tonight in the low twenties. Gack! I'm tired of it.

Yeah, I'm getting tired of these see-sawing temperatures. Plus it looks like snow in the forecast for Friday.

This morning is starting out with dense fog. Then it's going to go to 60°+ before a front moves through triggering thunderstorms. Then behind that are high winds with gale-force gusts and temps dropping below freezing (again). Then two more systems blow through by the weekend, each could bring some snow. I'm waiting for the locusts and frogs ... probably next week.

We had that dense fog up in Boston earlier this morning too. Kind of weird not being able to see a building less than a football field away from you even after sunrise.

New record low set today in Kansas City. Record LOW. LOW in APRIL ... 18 degrees. I should be seeding my lawn and planning a BBQ, instead I am picking out sweaters. THIS IS WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS!

EDIT - Snow/freezing rain forecast for Friday, same for Sunday. Supposed to be 60 on Thursday.

Yessir, one and the same. (I technically live on the Kansas side in a lovely little suburb) but yea born in KC and raised in and around for 45+ years.

It's just ramping up. We are supposed to get 2-3 inches, which is quite a bit for this late in April.

Freezing rain or sleet in my forecast. I mowed a few lawns yesterday in a t-shirt and wished my jeans were shorts.

The Midwest is a cruel mistress indeed. A 70 degree day between overnight lows below freezing. Nothing like it I tell ya. Sleet, snow tonight, snow on Sunday then 60 on Tuesday. Ahhhhhhhhaaahh Kansas.
