It's on a timer so that it's usually at work. When someone calls, my officemate gets the rickroll depending on who it is calling.

It's somewhat funny... depending on how tense the day is.

I use the worst ringtone in the world from the geico commercial. The "ring a ding ding ding doe, ring a dong ding ding doe!"

For notifications i use the 1up sound from super mario bros. I had the super mario world song as my ringtone and then was watching tv one day and ran across the geico ring tone. Its funny.

i found a website soundboard.com and i have been getting tons of old movie quotes and people quotes for my notifications. download the mp3 and put it on my phone then cut it up with ringdroid to get the exact part i want, pretty cool.
