Whatsapp Contacts Issue

Hi

Im having an issue where by some of my contacts are not showing in whatsapp. Yes they do use whatsapp and i have checked they are not hidden, and have refreshed.

Some of the contacts are iPhone and some are android. All my contacts are synced with my business exchange account but i cant see that being an issue as others are working fine.

Does anyone have any ideas?

The only time I had this issue was when they were international. I had cut and pasted their full number (including international code) and set their country to their country. Thus creating the country code twice.
