Help whatsapp doesnt install on htc wildfire s

my internal memory shows 12 mb free and yet when i go to google play and download whatsapp, it downloads but once it starts installing i get a msg that i my device has insufficient memory. hows that possible? whats app is just 5mb and i have 12mb free. it used to work a few days back but i have to remove it cuz i had low internal memory. but now i want it back anagin and this thing is happening.

kindly help!
