Help Whatsapp is not on 3G service but working on wifi ?

Hi ,
I have Samsung S3.
Recently i installed whatsapp and it doesn't work on 3G service where as it does work smoothly over wifi , Has anyone faced this issue and was able to fix it ?

On 3G , I was able to surf websites etc...but not whatsapp , which means 3G service works fine but not with whats app ,what could be the reason ?

I don't use this app, but have you perhaps tried clearing the cache/data and giving the phone a reboot?

If anything else, uninstall and reinstall?
