WhatsApp tone missing

[slinkydonkey]

I have only had my Samsung S7 a few weeks however the touchwiz interface is frustrating.

For some reason the WhatsApp default notification tune is not working I have no idea how to set it, instead I just get a standard Samsung notification.

Any ideas?
I posted on the official support forum but nobody has responded.

Cheers

Head to Whatsapp, 3 Dot Menu in the top right of the screen -> Settings -> Notifications.

You should be able to change the notification tone there.
