how do I get my whatsapp notifications to come through on my Samsung Glaxy Note 3 without having to activate my background data as the Android OS is consuming all of my data? I previously had the Galaxy S2 and this was totally possible on that phone. Please help. I constantly have to go on whatsapp to check if I have messages.
