When 2.2 hits, who is planning on "wiping" first?

This is my first android device, and ive really beat it up with installing and uninstalling apps. Seeing what i like and dont like and what worked well/didnt.

Do you think its wise to make a list of the apps that worked well currently, and then wiping the phone back to stock for the Froyo update and then starting over?

Does this phone ever "gum up" like all my blackberries of the past is what im getting at? Those always seemed to like a wipe instead of an upgrade. Like installing windows fresh instead of upgrading.

Doesn't the X automatically back up which apps you have?

BTW, do you have a camaro or fire chicken?

I actually have no clue how the wipe/backup works... Im waiting to dive in until the 2.2 is pushed.

...I had an Acura Integra 10 years ago with a custom ram air through the high beam headlights, hence the name. I just keep on using it. Id prefer the Camaro tho, even tho i grew up with Trans Ams.
