Help When Connected to VPN, Cant browse internet?

Hi all,
I have asked this over at whirlpool and they are a little stunned about it.

basically i have set up a vpn network using the incoming connections feature in windows server 2003. I have port forwarded and my android 2.2 phone can connect to the vpn. but when its connected i cant browse the internet on my phone.

That is how i set it up on my phone,
i have the same setting screen as this:

(but with my settings set)

i can connect to the VPN, it works and i can access my computers and shared folders fine,

when im connected to the vpn, I can NOT browse the internet on my phone, thats the issue i have
