Help When I call *228 my phone won't call out

and then the screen tells me I've already activated my service and my phone's roaming capabilities.

Does this mean my settings will be pushed out instead of me retrieving them?

I'm pretty sure that you're not supposed to use that to activate the new 4g phones. There's a separate number used to activate the sim card. Once the sim card is activated you just plug it into the phone and the phone activates itself.

Oh, I didn't clarify. I activated already, just wanted to try out updating the roaming capabilities.

Roaming updates under 4G happens automatically. So you shouldn't have to use *228 anymore...
