Help When I import pictures from my phone, LOADS of strange ones come up

I have 190 pictures in my Gallery and my phone is just over a year old. When I go to import pictures currently 1637 pictures come up.
They can be harmless like the P sign here, or downright creepy like the picture of the woman below.
There are even pictures of girls in a school uniform and other girls (clothed etc) taking pictures in mirrors for something like what you'd see on Facebook, but I won't post them because they are underage. And before you jump to conclusions, I'm 17 so these girls are my age but I do not recognise any of them so it's very weird. Then there's even screenshots of web pages I have visited but did not take screenshots of them manually.

Does my phone have spyware installed on it? How can I find out /fix this?
I've tried Googling and searching the forum to no avail, thank you.

I'm having the same problem with my galaxy s9. Never had this happen before. I have over 9000 random pics load. Looks
like stories I've viewed online, some I have no clue. But nothing I've ever copied, saved, or downloaded. They are not in my
gallery, but they show up when I plug in to download to my laptop. When I click 'delete from phone after downloading' they still show
up. I've spent so much time clicking on them and going ahead and download to a folder to delete. Doesn't matter. They are
still there. I spent an hour on the phone with Samsung, 40 min. with Tmobile. Anyone out here have an idea? It's creepy.
Seems like I'm being spied on....
