When is Verizon getting Jelly Bean?! Official thread if you're PISSED OFF!

Saw a leak that a final build was made in October. Posted on their Facebook and they said "if". What does "if" mean? Like we won't get jelly bean? Come on! Anyone heard anything? Also heard Google is trying to pair up with Dish to have their own wireless carrier because they are tired of US carriers holding back on their updates. Post your thoughts!

My experience is that Verizon has sent out buggy OTA updates more often than not. I don't mind waiting if it means they will work out the bugs. As far as I can tell, Jelly Bean is really just an incremental upgrade to ICS- nothing to get your shorts in a knot about.

Might not be too much longer. That 4.1.1 leak that's pretty solid. You can install a fully stock, pre-rooted version via Odin that will keep all of your data and should still allow you to OTA to the official release. Maybe 15 minutes work and you are on jb.

You don't need to be rooted or unlocked and it doesn't trip the flash counter.

If you want to go further with it, there are tons of custom ROMs based on the same leak, but this one is really a pretty low risk procedure and you are still 100% stock except root has been injected.
