When returning the Invisible Shield...

Anyone done a warranty replacement that can help me out here? Do they just want the shield itself or is it shield/box/application kit?

I sent them a support email asking, but they've not replied. I know I've got 60days or whatever, but I'd rather get this thing out the door sooner rather than later.

Their FAQ page doesn't specifically say - just that you should send it back in a regular envelope - which, I'm guessing means shield-only, but I wanna be sure so that they don't charge me again.
