no idea, your phone came out in 2017. most carriers support updates for only a few years so you are right at the point. if you check that there is no update, then your phone might be sol.
Yeah, sorry I don't think there is any chance that this phone will ever get that update. Low-end phones don't usually even get 2 years of OS updates, many never get a major update of any sort. Android 8 and the Wiko View were both released 2 years ago, so if it's not received the update by now it's pretty much certain that they have no plans to release that update at all.
