Help Whenever I open the youtube app it comes up with an error occurred.

Hi,
During the past few days whenever I open the youtube app it comes up with an error occurred. I have cleared cache in the settings and I do have a secure strong Internet connection but I don't know what to do about it. Please help!
 
Hi,
Go to settings >storage>cached data>clear cached data.
Settings>storage>apps>download manager>force stop clear data.
Settings>storage>apps>google play store force stop clear data.
Settings>storage>apps>YouTube force stop clear data uninstall updates.
Reboot /restart device.
Open google play store menu my apps and games update YouTube.

I have tried this and still doesn't work
