Help Where are these ads coming from???

I keep getting ads titled "top ứng dụng miễn phí" I cant seem to find the app because they are not notification ads, they are full screen ads. Please help me get rid of this!!!

I've been there. What works for me is uninstall the apps, clear cache, update anti-virus. Sometimes, it just keeps on nagging and appearing on my screen so reckoned it must be a virus or something
