^ This. I been using Agat's custom kernal with no problems. I have my S2 under clocked and under volted.

Gotta turn throttling off to.
Metro didnt throttle I could tether netflix. Right now if I tether with boost netflix wont connect.

Is there an app like Sprint (or Boost) phone info on your phone? Also check under seecurity in settings and look at device administrators and see what if anything is listed.

It most likely wont let you. However if rooted you can use Titanium backup to remove it. (make a backup of it with TB first). That app is a bit nasty on what it can access and Sprint has not been very forthcoming on it. I backed it up with TB then had TB uninstall it.

It is not needed as none of the leaked ROMs had it (it didn't come from Samsung). It has nasty privileges. Check this post (esp the images a couple posts down)
