That's a Rom not a mod

Probably not since it is designed for ICS.

Some users in this Sensation thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1887828) claim to have xloud working on CM10 as part of the bassini combo audio mod and it might work on the Evo 3D/V but I would highly recommend doing a nandroid backup before trying it.

Note that it has a separate fix to flash for CM10/AOKP.
