Kind of confused, IE Browser is on the PC. That said if you login incorrectly you will be given the option to change the password by e-mail and a web page.
Sorry for confusing You are right IE it is on PC but I was think about default browser on android. My password is some where on My galsaxy And I don't have a clue where. Also I lost chance to recover password by email.
Can only be read by the encryption code set on the webpage.
HTTP codes are stored here:
Documents and Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Credentials
Again this is encrypted as it also store other passwords, Users etc, but can be read using a tool called IE Pass View.
I believe there may be a way to add the http address of a website to credentials so you can open the registry entry stored in HKEY_CURRENTUSER within IE Pass View, but I have never tried.

How did you loose the chance to recover the password by email? On your computer at the site you want to log in there is usually a Forgot Password you can click and they will send you a link with a password hint or the ability to change the password. Once changed you can then clear data on the browser on the S3 and input the information again with the corrected passwords.
