Where Do I buy S5 with upgrade option?

I have an upgrade that I would like to use. I'm looking for the cheapest way to go and sprint has it at $199 but I seen Costco has it for $168 I believe the problem is they dont have Sprint.

Im trying to upgrade not change contract so does that apply to upgrades?

Well I check for the S5 online and they dont have it. They only have other carriers, and there is not Cotsco in my area
