I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 updated to Android 4.3... After this I don't get contact with PC.

Are you able to access Developer Options? If it doesn't show up, go into About Phone and tap the Build Number several times, it should then show up for you in the main area of Settings.
In there, the option of USB Debugging will be available.

But it still doesn't connect. I will test with my home PC also!

Reinstall Samsung USB driver package, but not through Kies. There are plenty of download links, just Goolge it.

Tried that at home, but no! I can onlky see my phone as HD device, it is for example possible to view/delete photo files.
