Where do I send complaints and suggestions on Android OS?

I found this, they seem to develop Android: https://www.openhandsetalliance.com/

But I see no way of contacting them. I'm absolutely furious at their over the top security which is preventing 80% of Boinc [1] projects from working. How do I contact them and give them a clue stick?

you probably will not find one specific to Android. google has support and chat available on some of their products. but android, no i don't think Google has anything for the android os.

I have a Samsung, so nobody will listen to me?

My Android 7 phone is great on Boinc, but my Android 11 (was 9) phone won't let most things run. WCG crashes, Yoyo and another maths project give up in seconds, and they've written on their forums new Android has a security problem. Something to do with a program launching another program is now forbidden, with no user choice! So only two projects will run and have work for my new phone - Universe and Einstein.
